I employed Plowright builders in 2008 to convert an empty room in my new homes garage into something I could rent out. I called Brendan and he quoted the job quickly and at a good price. A few days later he'd started the job. The renovation went smoothly. The room needed a roof (it was an empty storage room in the garage), new walls, a new door, two existing doors shifted, and a window placed in. It also had to be up to code and fully insulated.

Brendan measured up, went and got all the materials and completed the job well within the time frame I had in mind. The room is now rented out and is extremely comfortable to live in.

I now have a comfortable, warm and solid new room in my garage which is always rented out. I have no problem in recommending plowright builders to anybody for home renovations.

Winter had just started and with the driving rain came a few leaks in our clay tile roof. We had no idea where the leaks we're coming from, but needed them fixed. I called plowright builders on recommendation from a friend, and Brendan came out the next day to have a look.

Turns out some of our tyles had cracked, the roof was also very dirty, with moss and dirt filling alot of gaps where mortar should have been.

Brendan replaced the broken tiles and filled in alot of missing mortar. On his recommendation we've also had the roof cleaned. Brendan has now come back and patched up any remaining problems shown up by the cleaning.

Plowright builders did this job quickly and without any hassles. We've probably avoided re-building the entire roof. We'll be using Brendan in the futre for any home repairs.
